Moules / Mussels
Once considered the poor man's meat, mussels are now sometimes referred to as 'black gold' given to the high demand. At the Belgian Monk, we serve around 300 kilos a week, all cooked using our own secret mussel herbs.
Mains are served with fries & mayo. All mussel dishes contain onions.

Tartiflette
Tartiflette was first mentioned in the 1705 book; Le Cuisinier Royal et Bourgeois. A hearty dish of potatoes, Reblochon cheese, onions and cream. A Belgian Monk favourite for over 20 years.
All served with fresh crusty baguette.
